girls camping trip

A few of my nurse friends and I (who work the same weekend) were in agreement with Sheryl Crow when she sang

"I think a change, would do some good."
Heeding her imperative advice, we began to formulate a plan for us to have a girls overnight trip off the ship. We decided we'd take a camping trip. We only needed to chose a location.
At first we considered heading to Roberts Port, a beautiful beach about 1.5 hours away. But really, who wants to sleep in tent, particularly when there is a high chance that it will rain during the night.

Our feminine intuition lead us to make a much more rational choice of camping facilities and we chose to go camping at the cape.

we swam in a pool. we sat outside for over three hours and ate dinner. we sat on a veranda in the morning.

It was quite refreshing and relaxing. Sheryl Crow knew what she was talking about.

A change, even if it's just a small one, really does some good.

I love camping.
